The last few weeks...

...have been crazy!! First I headed down to so cal for Adrienne's bridal shower and bach party! We had so much fun, hanging out, riding in the limo, and karyoke-ing!

Last weekend we moved across town to a three bedroom duplex! We are pretty much all moved in so check back soon, hopefully I will have a video of the place posted! Mother's Day!

Happy Mothers Day! Dan and I spent Mothers Day in the bay with his family. First we headed up to Napa for a VIP wine tasting session with his mom, Kristin...so much fun! We learned a lot about wine, and got to sample some cheeses too, at least the little bit that Dan didnt eat! Afterwards, we headed back to Dan's Grandparents house for dinner with a bunch of family, including Jen and Travis. I was a little better about getting some pictures...

The other day when I came home from work Dan had a present for me...my first very own fishing pole! And this morning we went down to the river and he taught me to cast, which I picked up pretty quickly, but unfortunately we didnt get one bite!! Oh well...fun anyways!

New Roommate!!!

3/27/09: As usual I have been slacking on the blogging, but on march 27th, along with being Jamies bday, this year it was also the day I got a new roommate! Dan moved down from Oregon and into my apartment. I never realized how small this place really was! ha! Its been great having him here, and Dakota is very happy to have another playmate! The three of us are currently looking for a new place, hopefully a house with a backyard! We have been babysitting Gavin about once a week as well and having a blast with that! Here are a few pics from the last couple weeks...

We Live on Avenue Q!!

Jamie and I went to go see Avenue Q this last sunday, thanks to an xmas present from my dad! It was a blast, really got us into the musical/play mood and we will definitly be going to more in the future! We had a great weekend, Scott was nice enough to watch the twins so Jamie and I were able to spend some quality time one on one! Been a while since we were able to do that! Love you Jamiers!

It was finally my turn to babysit Gavin all day while his mama and papa were at work. We had a blast, hanging out and talking...even went to the store for a bit. He behaved wonderfully, very little fussing, went down great for his naps....is it always this easy? haha! Only thing I didnt like was getting up at 530 in the morning to rush over to B's house, just to have Gavin sleep until 9. So next time Brandi said she will try dropping him off at my place so I can sleep a bit longer...we will see how that works!

St Pattys Weekend in Oregon

Well I made my final trip up to oregon to see Danny for St Patricks Day, aka Dans Bday! Not to say that there will not be any future trips, but now that his official move in date is set for april 3rd!!!(Woo Hoo!!!!) We will be making our trips up there together! Dans brother, Tim and his GF Jammie (pronounced Juh-Aim-Eee) were nice enough to pick me up and let me hitch a ride in their car. What a blast of a weekend! We (meaning the boys) built a ping pong table, not regulation size, but it worked enough for me to kick dan's butt a couple times ( Im sure he beat me a time or two as well), and for dan and me to whoop up on tim and jammie during a beer pong session! We rode motorcycles and quads through the snow slushy mud, FREEZING! Played team assault missions with air soft guns, outside, at night, in the snow! And left some time to play a bit of Wii as well! Although the plan was that the three of us were going to head back home on tuesday(which happend to be dans bday), he convinced me that "nobody should have to cry on their own birthday", so i stayed an extra day so we could go out to dinner and drink some nice green beer to celebrate! I took the overnight 10hr train home wednesday night and was of course sick the next three days!
